How do I choose the right glove size/weight (oz)?
The weight depends on the user’s body weight, hand size and training type. For children, 4–6 oz is recommended. Are these gloves suitable for beginners?
Yes, gloves in the 4–12 oz range are suitable for beginners. They offer enough cushioning, comfort and basic wrist support, making them ideal for recreational workouts, learning basic boxing techniques and fitness training.
Do hands get very sweaty in these gloves?
The gloves use polyester Air Mesh fabric on the inside, which improves airflow and moisture management. This reduces sweating compared to gloves with a non-breathable lining. During intense workouts some moisture is natural, but ventilation in this model is noticeably better than in basic gloves.
How should I clean the gloves? Can I wash them?
Clean the gloves only by hand — wipe them with a damp cloth and let them air-dry naturally, away from direct heat sources. After each workout, wipe the inside and leave them open to dry.
Are these gloves suitable for children?
Yes - depending on the child’s age and height, you can choose 4 oz (younger children) or 6 oz (older children). Lightweight gloves with soft foam and Velcro fastening are safe and comfortable as long as they fit properly and are used for recreational training or basic boxing practice.
